Start with the source
PF Shop uses Project Farm’s official Bench catalog as its primary source for tests, product identities, supported rankings and product-link leads. We cite the specific Bench comparison page and preserve its original YouTube video link. Original videos are consulted when information is missing, ambiguous or conflicting. Discovery does not by itself complete exact-model or retailer matching.
Keep facts and interpretation separate
Published facts identify whether the evidence came from Bench or an original-video check. We write our own summaries and do not imply permission to clone Bench’s database or reuse its photographs. Reported measurements and average finishes retain their original units and direction. A blank value means unknown. Lower average finish is better only within that source’s tested group; it is not a score out of ten or a universal comparison between categories. Ties and historical editions remain distinct.
Match the product
Retailer links must match the model, generation, size, quantity and kit contents. Tool-only listings do not imply that batteries are included. If a match is unresolved, we withhold the purchase link rather than substitute another product.
Explain the gaps
Unknown availability stays unknown. Pending affiliate programs may use ordinary links. Check the model and package shown in each product photo against the retailer listing. Our coverage page reports review progress.
